Look, I pick it up, I swing it and drop it down. I’m getting a fantastic full body core workout and feeling like an okay person afterwards. Like, I don’t know what I could complain about. Maybe that it’s heavy? I mean, it’s only 25 pounds, but I’m out of shape and trying to correct that. I’d give it 6 out of 5 stars if I was immediately stronger, but I wasn’t. I guess I’ll work for it. So, in short, I will only give this product 5/5 stars for the fact it does what it does and hopefully in a timely manner. I hope you all get kettle bells and swing life away (like that Rise Against song, ya know?) and kick life’s @$$! RIGHT!? BIG SWINGS, BIG DREAMS. SAY IT WITH ME, PEOPLE! Read more

Very disappointed in this kettle bell. The finish is so poorly done that there are holes straight into the kettle bell. The finish on the underside of the handle is not done correctly either as it is very rough and hurts t th he hands while using. It’s as if the glazed finish wasn’t done properly on that section. The die cast laint on my 30lbs kettlebell had a sharp piece that cut open my finger the first time I used it. Definitely check the whole surface of the kettlebell before you use it since they dont check the finish for quality at all. Read more

There’s a part of me that wants to say this will function the same regardless but the the outer coating is flaking off everywhere. It would have been prudent to put this in additional packaging. Read more

It’s big. It’s heavy. It’s metal. What else needs to be said? There were no flaws in the surface of my kettlebell. My kettlebell takes good care of me and helps me to be strong when I need to be strong. My kettlebell is my friend and deserves my respect. I’m sure this kettlebell will outlive me. Read more

I bought this 35lbs kettlebell to train my clean and jerk. I do it in a bottom-up fashion to train my wrist, so 35lbs is an optimal weight. My GF does sumo deadlift/squat with it. And 35lbs is good for her to train her lower body. It is not as fancy as other colored kettlebells, but I like it more because in fact it is smaller, and so it is easier for me to keep that balance when I lift it. ===> P.S. I am actually changing my review to 1 star. The handle is not comfortable, it has a coating that peels off and so the grip becomes loose. I noticed it after a few workouts. Had to return. Read more
