This product is really fun, but the parts used to assemble it are very cheap. The bag started slipping off after a week. Then the stand broke off a few days after. I tried getting in contact with customer support, but they are no help.Read more

I should note that I’m about 6 foot 160lbs. I punch for speed and accuracy with medium power and lots of combinations. I wasn’t just unloading power hooks endlessly on this thing. Mostly jabs and straight rights.First of all, this is the best workout I’ve ever got from a bag so I’m sad to give such a weak review. I immediately shed weight, added muscle and stamina etc. however..The bag ripped off on round 42. Since I do 12 rd workouts, that means in the middle of my 4th time using the bag… As you can see from the photo, I used some heavy duty duct tape to keep it on. It annoyed me a little as the extra weight messed with the rebound of the bag and I assumed would diminish the life of the spring but I was willing to live with it, having read that the bag was not very durable. Plus I was still really happy with the work I was getting out of this. But then, on round 70 (nearly the end of 6 workouts) the metal welding at the base came loose and if I were to hit it just a few more times the metal pole would rip off from the base.I wish I could recommend this bag but 2.5 weeks for $250 is NOT WORTH IT. If you do decide to get this, only “tap” at it with your gloves and use it to duck and dodge because it WILL NOT last with any kind of real punching.Read more

I got this reflex bag about three months ago because I saw Ryan Garcia use one similar and it looked like a lot of fun and it was. Assembly was extremely easy and I appreciate how Ringside made the bottom into two pieces so you can fill each side of the bottom with water individually for convenience.Unfortunately, after like 3 months though the bag itself started ripping and after trying to use duct tape to fix it, it couldn’t be fixed. Fortunately Amazon gave me a refund, but Ringside needs to improve durability because reflex bags are very popular atm.Read more

Buyer Beware the bad reviews are true don’t be foolish and think it will not happen to you or think maybe other customers got a defective unit. I should of went with my gut. I’m pretty sure the good reviews are premature. My son has been boxing since he was 9 years old he is 16 now we have other boxing equipment in our garage for power shots was using this just to work on his jab/reflexes which is what the bag is intended for foam bag split after three light sessions of jab work for $250 bucks please Ringside this is trash sending it back ASAP!Read more
