  • how huge is the wrap?
  • no longer very wide. I wouldn’t recommend these unique ones. They were not elastic enough. There’s any other ringside wrap that has a black ringside patch on the pliancy which are an awful lot thicker, wider, and extra stretchy. Those are those o ended up shopping for after those. I box for exercise 3x/week. This is only my second pair of hand wraps. The first set was the inexpensive stretchy ones from Academy Sports. I did not like the stretchiness of those…they loosened up too much during use. Now, on to this pair. I like that there is only 5% stretch in them. I can get them on tighter, and they don’t loosen up as much (although they still do a bit). I like the 200 inch length and the fact that it gives me 20 more inches of protection. I noticed that there are a number of reviews complaining of the papery thinness of these, and I’m sorry, but I haven’t had enough experience with different wraps to comment on this. I will tell you that they get very wrinkled after washing and drying, and I’ve found them extremely difficult to wrap my hands with unless I re-roll them before I use them. Read more

If you are reading this, it’s because you have most likely scoured the web in search of hand wraps longer than the standard 180″. Now, you are really excited because you finally found a pair, but then you see a one-star review… Thin. These are extremely thin. Ringside doesn’t care though because these are one of only a few 200-inch hand wraps on the market so Ringside thinks you will buy them. Unfortunately for customers, 180-inch wraps offer more protection and contain more material than these so Ringside is making more money off of less material (and cheaper as well). Fortunately for you, I wrote this review. Don’t purchase this product if you plan on wrapping your hands. Trust me, I’m going to be a doctor soon. Read more

Very disappointed. I ordered two Ringside Pro Mexican handwraps. Instead I received 1 Ringside Pro Mexican Handwrap as I purchased and the second one was a Contender Fight Sports Handwrap. I purchased the specific style handwraps because I like the velcro closure at the end. Instead I got this substitute. All this and no explanation from the distributor. The worst part is I’m in a location where mailing it back in not only costly for me but near impossible. I would give the product (as I had intended to order) 5 stars, however, given I was given a substandard substitute with no explanation or attempt to remedy this issue…. I just wish I could give it zero stars! Read more

Hand wraps are of good quality. I can’t recommend Ringside too much anymore. I’ve ordered items and received subpar equipment (I.e. jump ropes with weight in only one handle; which happened twice). Really dropping. Read more

No stretch at all…once they’re on and you clinch your fist, the wraps tighten and can be restrictive. Better with a little stretch in them. Otherwise they appear well made Read more

Love Ringside’s velcro compared to Combat and other brands. The wraps are fairly thin so a thicker 180″ would be about the same. Read more
