I got this because of the COVID pandemic with gyms being closed for a long time. I was using it as intended, and the product broke after one week of regular use. There is no way to “monitor” the resistance you use the bands with (they are elastic, after all). Thankfully the exercise I was doing, had my head tucked in and my crouch covered. If I wasn’t fortunate for that, I could of taken permanent body damage.People….. this product might be acceptable for rehab where you won’t be pushing past 30 lb’s of resistance (very light). If you are somewhat active at gym’s, you are probably using too much resistance and will inevitably experience my misfortune. As a company….. I hope they have good lawyers, someone might literally loose an eye using this thing.Read more

These do the job. They’re easy to use. For the convenience of having something that slips into the door and acts as an anchor, you can’t do better.I tried to jury read something out of a hook and ended up damaging the door.Other options of simply hanging a hook and up making a permanent wholeThis is the way to go, easy, lightweight, it travels with you.Get this and don’t make holes in your door that makes your spouse angry.Read more

This is a rube – Goldberg gimmick device. Best I can say is its basically worthless. I must have been overdosed on absurdity when I dreamed this might be a benefit to shoulder injury therapy. Get the elastic cables with real handles that come in packaged sets. Their stretchy elastic strip bands are just fine – but this gizmo is just absurd to say the least. You might be able to attach some carabiners to the handles for use with a separate door catch device. I would not trust the door catch mechanism that is sold to go with these handles. Sometimes you just cant tell what your buying until you open the package and get the item in your hands.Read more

This addition to exercise tubing/bands is extremely useful. Although you can tie the tubing directly to a fixture, this is inconvenient and may cause nicks or scrapes in the tubing which is dangerous — can lead to tubing snapping under stress, and the recoil can cause injury. The woven strap on this accessory is sturdy, and fits easily into a closed door. Save and easy to use.Read more

The Theraband Door Anchor is inexpensive, but of good quality and works as advertised. I like the added safety of double looping the band through the 2 loop system of the door anchor.Read more

The theraband has helped my PT at home for shoulder issues. It has extended the length of the yellow elastic band when I have to hook it over the door. It also keeps the band in place on side of the door when I need to use it at chest level. The cost of the band made me want to give it a try. Travels easily , too.Read more
