UPDATED: SEE BOTTOM REVIEW (4/12/21) 1st review: 6/2020 I bought four mounts to hold my bumper plates. 1st mount (1 pair 25 lb bumper plates) 2nd mount (1 pair 35 lb bumper plates) 3rd & 4th mount (1 pair each of 45 lb bumper plates) The mounts hold really well, but do yourself a favor and IGNORE the anchors and bolts they give you. I did not use the bolts given, I instead used 6 inch lag bolts I got from Lowe’s and drilled directly into the studs. The weights are holding well from every day use so far. Just be sure to install them in the right orientation as they are molded at a 45° angle to prevent the weight from sliding off. UPDATE- 2nd review (4/12/21): Created a plate storage from these pegs. However, the two most recent ones I ordered (Top 2) are significantly longer than the bottom four (No, it’s not the angle). Not sure if this a defect? But quality is not an issue & works great. More bang for my buck. Read more

I ordered 4 of these and they seem to be sturdy and will get the job done…BUT… they do have flaws 1. Annoying that the name brand isn’t placed consistently in the same orientation. If you have OCD be warned. 2. No all of them have the slight incline. I’ll see if this is an issue when I get all my weight plates but again, false advertising or clearly something is wrong with these 3. Good thing it came with extra bolts because one of them snapped when installing?!?! Honestly if I didn’t already install them and there were others in stock I would probably return. Read more

They are just as advertised as far as the payload if you mount them directly to the studs in your wall. For the life of me I do not understand why they even include wall anchors. I’m doubtful that there’s anyway to mount these to any wall without it ripping the drywall completely out. I put a socket on the end of a impact driver and drove the bolts right into the studs without pre-drilling a hole. As others have noted, the logo may be upside down so you must first put the plate holder up against a wall or flat surface to see it it is angled up. It needs to be angled up and if it’s not pop the cap off with a knife or small flathead screwdriver and orient the Yes4All logo accordingly. The slight upward angle will keep the plates from sliding off. After reading the reviews I opted to do as another reviewer did by erasing my logo altogether using Goof Off and a rag. The holders are super sturdy and gives the most unprofessional and cluttered space such as mine a more polished looked. Read more

The holders seem solid and come with some heavy duty screws. Put these into studs; they come with the plastic sleeves to screw them into drywall, but that would be a very bad idea. I don’t know how much weight they could safely hold if properly installed, but in my setup I have holders on my rack that carry most of my weights. I’ll put my little 2.5s and 5s on these wall-mounted ones, and there won’t be so much shuffling to get to the weight I need. Read more

Installed in minutes and very sturdy. I’ve got many drills and bits so it was easy to mount into a concrete block wall. They’re very sturdy and the logos are the right side up. I read some reviews stating otherwise. Used a hammer drill to drill the hole. Inserted the plastic mounts and then used my dewalt torque wrench and a socket to zip these huge bolts into the block wall. Read more

Great product. The only issue I had was the name plate logo was upside down on all of the post. The product comes with a incline to hold the plates back against the wall. When I first installed them I noticed that the weights were leaning away from the wall and with the vibration slowly going foward which was an obvious dangerous situation. It was an easy fix I used a small flat head to pull the name plate off and flipped it upright. Overall I am extremely satisfied with the product other than the extra work to correct the defect. My wife had been complaining about the weight plates being all over and looking messy. I went to Home Depot, bought some long bolts, nuts and washers and attached these plate holders to my squat rack and now the mess is “gone”! Happy wife = happy me : ) Be aware though, these holders are purposely designed with a slight upward angle of a few degrees. This means that they should be installed with care. Read more
